7000LRi - Q. Can you use Q7000 and 7000i as a main stereo pair?

Answer:

We decided to sell the loudspeakers from both the 7000 & 7000i 5.1 Cinema packs in pairs, called 7000LR & 7000LRi (Left, Right). This allows them to be bought and used as extra pairs for 7.1 surround or Dolby Atmos overhead loudspeakers. They are also used as extension speakers in, for example, a kitchen. Whilst they have enough bass extension for these applications, they would not be satisfactory as the main speakers in a listening room without the aid of a subwoofer.
