Your E120 Wireless Audio System

Due to recent changes (July 2026), the way some radio stations are broadcast and distributed on DAB/DAB+, the service information used by the BestTune™ system has changed.

Your E120 uses BestTune to combine DAB/DAB+ and FM services into a single station list, then automatically select the best available service for each station. As broadcasters make changes to their DAB services, including moving stations between DAB and DAB+ services, these changes can affect how BestTune identifies and matches stations to any previously stored presets.

As a result, some E120 BestTune presets may no longer select the expected station or may need to be reconfigured. The E120 is not faulty; the issue is related to changes in the broadcast service information. If you are experiencing issues with your E120 system, installers and users should follow the steps in the attached document to disable BestTune that has been affecting the presets on some E120 units.
