2000i Series - Feet, Fixings and Stands
The feet on the 2010i and 2020i accept an M4
thread.
The threaded insert used for spikes is
M6.
An alternative solution for stability
and sound quality is to replace the feet with a material like Bostik Blue Tack.
Office Depot, Wal Mart, Hobby Lobby and a lot of other places have it. It's not
called Blue Tack at all places. You should look for things like Plasti-Tac
(Hobby Lobby), Fun-Tac, Power Tac etc. it will look like a set of clay strips
in the container, not always blue.
Stands
for 2010i and 2020i
The 3000ST with the larger top plate
fitted are quite a good fit for the 2010i, but not the 2020i You can either
just sit them on top or use 4 x small balls of Blu Tack to make a good
connection.
The Soundstyle Z2 has upward facing
spikes and is also a good fit for the feet of the 2010i but not the 2020i.
2010i feet - 146 x 95mm
2020i feet - 218 x 114mm
Z2 supports - 146 x 105mm
