M20 - My speakers are not shown under 'Audio Inputs and Outputs' on a Windows PC/Laptop when connected via USB?
Answer:
The M20 HD mounts as 'Digital Audio S/PDIF (High Definition Audio Device), or on some PC's you may see 'SPDIF Out (Q Acoustics M20)'. Please also ensure that the M20 HD is connected directly to the PC and not via a USB hub.
