Q. My Q Acoustics subwoofer keeps switching off?

Firstly, please ensure that the signal level coming from the AV receiver is high enough. We suggest that you completely remove mains from the unit then restart it. Then set the subwoofer volume at around a quarter and adjust the level at the Receiver until it sounds balanced. This should stop the subwoofer from switching off.
