3060S - Q. There is noticeable humming heard with my subwoofer powered on?
Answer:
In the event that a noticeable hum is heard from the subwoofer when powered on, but nothing is playing, please ensure that the 'Level' dial is set to mid point and then reverse the 'Phase' from what you currently have selected. You should now find the hum has been reduced/removed to a level that's no longer noticeable. If you feel that you require greater output from the subwoofer, you may need to perform the AV Receiver setup routine if equipped, this should then increase the gain of the LFE output to a level inline with it's stored parameters.
