All Q Acoustics Q Media products including BT3, M2, M3, M4 and M7 are equipped with a digital optical input, if you are connecting a SkyQ+ set top box directly to this input you need to ensure that within the audio settings of the SkyQ+ box under digital audio, you set this to "PCM" or "Normal" and not Auto. The same applies if you are connecting the SkyQ+ to the HDMI on your TV and have either an M2 or M3 connected to the HDMI (ARC) port.
