Q Active Hub - Q. The LED above the Wi-Fi symbol has turned from white to amber in colour?
Answer:
If the Wi-Fi symbol LED on the hub has gone from a solid white to amber, this indicates that configured Wi-Fi network can no longer be seen by the Q Active Hub. Please check to see if there have been changes to the installed Wi-Fi router, may be you have moved to a new broadband provider. Check the Google Home app to see if the Q Active system is still available. Lastly, try removing the power to Q Active Hub, then re-apply the power and allow the system to initialise which is indicated by a flashing white power LED, once initialised, the hub will go into standby. Now, try bringing the hub out of standby by pressing power button on either the hub itself or via it's remote control. Check status of the Wi-Fi indicator, if still amber, you may need to go through the Google Home setup process again to establish a new Wi-Fi connection.
