Q Active Hub - Q. My system isn't working correctly, can I reset it?

Answer.

Yes, there are three parts to the Q Active System that can be reset if they are not functioning correctly, all three need completing if a full reset is required.

Firstly the Remote Control, the reset on this is performed by pressing the 'NET' and pair buttons (the button with two linked rectangles) simultaneously and holding them like this for six seconds, you'll note that the 'REMOTE' LED on the Hub will extinguish if successful.  Please check out the video here

The Hub, locate the 'Reset' point at the back of the hub, this is a small hole with circle around it and 'Reset' , using something like a paper clip, insert the end into the hole, gently push until you feel resistance, hold it there in that position for 5 seconds, you'll see standby LED extinguish to confirm a reset, withdraw the implement you used from the hole, the hub will now reboot. The Q200/Q400 loudspeakers, at the rear of the loudspeaker where the power enters and boundary selection is made, locate the 'Reset' point, this looks the same as the one found on the Hub, follow the same instructions as were given for the Hub reset. Please check out the video here

Now follow the 'Quick Start Guide' that came with your system. A copy can be found here
