Q Active - Q. I'm using Roon, but my Q Active system name is not showing correctly, it shows as 'Q Active' with 6 alphanumeric characters?
Answer:
Roon has picked up the default hardware name of the Q Active system, the last 6 alphanumeric characters being the last 6 unique characters of the hardware MAC address. To resolve this, power cycle the Q Active Hub, once it has finished initialising and returned to standby, you should find the correct system name is now shown within Roon.
