This could be down to restrictions set on the Synology DS, open the Synology DS web interface in the normal way. Once open, choose the main menu top left, then from the drop down window, choose 'Media Server'. From the Media Server list, choose DMA compatibility, ensure 'Enable audio transcoding' is enabled and the the file types required are ticked. Now check 'Change the settings of UPnP/DLNA devices within LAN', if you have 'Restrict Access' ticked, you'll need to click on 'Device list' in the list will be new device such as the Q Active loudspeakers, the device list may show LibreWireless <name of loudspeakers>, you need to ensure the device is enabled, and then 'Save'.
