Q Active - Q. I've just added a 'MESH' wi-fi to my home network and now find the audio drops out on my system?
Answer:
First thing to check is to ensure that the new 'MESH' wi-fi system is the only active network, if you are still seeing the original routers wi-fi name (SSID), you need to turn that off via the routers settings page, please follow the instructions provided by your broadband supplier on how to do this. With only the one 'MESH' wi-fi name (SSID), setup the Q Active Hub on this network and you should find that you no longer experience the audio dropouts.
