Q Active - Q. Why is the audio output from my turntable connected to the Hub so low?

Answer:

Firstly, please check that switch by the analogue (phono) inputs on the rear of the Hub are set to MM and that you are using a Moving Magnet (MM) cartridge. Secondly, check to see if your cartridge is Moving Coil (MC), if it is, you will need a compatible phono pre-amplifier which will need to be plugged in between the turntable and Hub.
