There may be some settings which you might need to adjust within your Apple device, which we have found within this Apple thread.

Settings > Music > Volume Limit
Settings > Music > Sound Check
Settings > Music > EQ

Another thing which you could try is to forget the pairing on your iPhone/iPad and try to pair again, to see whether this helps.

We would also suggest closing and re-opening any of your music-based apps once you have made any changes.
