3050 - Q. Why do my banana plugs not enter fully?

Answer:

Please be aware that we designed the 3000 series to be flush at the rear, so we offset the terminals to cut down the space required at the rear. Subsequently, this means that there is a limit to the length of the terminals we could use, but using banana plugs with the 3050 loudspeakers should not be a problem. Whilst the plugs are unable to enter the terminals fully, and there is some slight movement, it should make no difference to the electrical connection.
