Answer: Please check to ensure that the Q Active loudspeakers are set to Left and Right accordingly, having both set to the same channel can cause unexpected behavior.

Answer: You do not need an Alexa version of the Q Active Hub to listen to Amazon Music HD on Q Active. You can play Amazon Music HD via Airplay to Q Active from an iOS device. You can also play Amazon Music HD via Chromecast using an Android device.
